Working closely with the People Manager, this role is responsible for executing recruitment processes, maintaining an organized and proactive candidate pipeline, and continuously improving the efficiency, quality, and visibility of hiring outcomes. The position also supports data collection and analysis to inform decisions and shape the future of recruitment operations across the company.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes independently and cross-functionally.
