Summary

The Finance Manager is the central point of accountability for the finance function at DuckWorks. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and delivering insights that inform business decisions. 

This is a hands-on position that blends operational execution with strategic coordination, implement best practices, set up workflows, support compliance, and work directly with leadership to make sure the company’s finances are clear, well-managed, and aligned with our goals.
